We bring the lounge to your HQ or offsite for a day/week-long wellbeing experience.

Designed to promote wellbeing at work and inspire employees to take intentional breaks to practice small habits that can help reduce stress, improve focus, and lead to more positive, productive, and happier workdays.

What type of breaks can I take in the wellbeing lounge?

~ Melt away stress with a 5-minute breathing exercise while sitting on a tatami cushion.
~ Open a yoga mat, and stretch your body.
~ Calm your mind with 15-min journaling while relaxing on a beanbag that feels like a cloud.
~ Practice mindfulness meditation on a meditation cushion.
~ Find a moment of peace while coloring a page.
~ Read a few pages of a book from a curated wellbeing library. A better alternative to scrolling.
~ Practice intentional thinking and positivity with affirmation cards.
~ Increase joy with the help of a journaling worksheet.
~ Soothe your senses by listening to the calming sound of rain for 10 minutes.
~ Do nothing. Just enjoy a few moments of silence away from screens.
