I'm Natalie, the creator behind Team Big. My mission is to inspire you to embrace a culture of well-being and encourage you to build the most rewarding company retreats your team ever had.
I believe in waking up with a sense of purpose, ready to discover the best version of ourselves.
I'm also the creative director of Ronen Rental, a boutique furniture rental company co-founded with my husband in 2007 with locations in NYC and Miami.
Originally from Tel-Aviv. Now based in NYC, where I moved in 2020 after living in Miami for 15 years.
What I've done
I've started my journey as a wardrobe stylist assistant and worked on set with the most creative people in the fashion industry.
From there, I explored fashion design (and learning to sew) with a conceptual tunic that was short-lived but immortalized by a movie scene in Sex And The City movie.
For the past 15 years, I've been working with my husband on our furniture rental company. Creating furniture pieces and lounges for exciting corporate and marketing events. With clients like Create & Cultivate, Facebook, Audi, Twitter, Scope art fair, and more.
I also developed a collection of moodboards of relevant and upcoming event themes to inspire our clients and save them hours of research.
I love having side projects. One of them was personalizing boxes and curated gifts to bring boxed experiences to the hands of employees and clients.
What I enjoy
Outside of work, I enjoy family time, reading non-fiction books (especially self-help), Meditation, boutique hotels, and screenshots of things I love on the internet.
